A. Grading Requirements

  • Completion of required training hours

  • Must achieve 70% cumulative GPA on final test

B. Letter Grading Scale

  • A 90–100

  • B 80–89

  • C 70–79

  • D 60–69

  • E 0–59

C. SAP Requirements

  • Maintain 70% cumulative GPA on exams

  • Maintain 70% cumulative attendance rate

D. Records & Certificate

  • Grades entered on transcript and maintained in student file

  • Certificate awarded upon successful completion

E. Written Warning / Midpoint Evaluation

  • Written warning issued at midpoint if student is not meeting SAP.

F. Probation / Suspension / Termination

  • If student does not meet SAP at end of probation → may be suspended or terminated based on Director recommendation.

G. Appeal Process

  • Student may appeal in writing to School Director.

  • Response issued within 7–10 business days.
